The company is seeking a senior operations manager and a sales account manager for its Florence office

AEP Ticketing solutions is seeking two new resources for its main office in Signa (Florence, Italy). The two new professionals to be brought into the company are a senior operations manager and a sales account manager.

“The senior operations manager we are looking for,” points out Claudia Fabiani, human resources manager at AEP, “will go on to perform tasks such as developing strategic operational plans, building and maintain an efficient and effective operations management team, project, process and financial management, and team leadership. As for the sales account manager, among the main duties required are customer relationship management, sales growth, contract negotiation, and supporting customers in order to ensure alignment with their needs.”

Among the qualifications considered essential to be eligible for the position of senior operations manager are a master’s degree/specialization in business management (or related discipline), more than five years of experience managing a team and in a leading role in operations delivery in the specific field of ticketing or related ones, within a medium-sized context belonging to a multinational company. Regarding the requirements for the sales account manager, at least a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing (or related discipline), experience of more than five years in the specific ticketing or related fields, and knowledge of the dynamics of public tenders is required. Both resources should be domiciled in areas close to the company headquarters and give willingness to travel within the country (occasionally, even abroad).
